Set Up Free Automatic Email Reply For Roadrunner Email 2024
In periods of absence, such as vacation days, mobile roadrunner email programs allow you to establish automated messages to react to contacts. Although the capability is well-known in email applications for PCs, not everyone is aware that it is also available on smartphones. Gmail, Inbox, and Outlook are among the few apps that provide functionality and are accessible for iPhone (iOS) and Android.
You will be able to do that capability if you have configured your business email using any of the aforementioned email clients. Even if you’re using Roadrunner email, you can use your phone to send automated email responses. See how to schedule automated replies to your phone’s major email applications in this lesson.
To access the settings, go to Gmail’s side menu and scroll to the footer. Then, if there are several accounts, select the one you want to set.
To use the function, tap “Holiday Self-Answer” and then turn on the key at the top of the following screen.
Gmail allows you to manually or programmatically start and stop sending automated messages. Set the cycle’s start and end dates if you pick the second option. Then compose the message’s topic and body. You may restrict the message to only the contacts in your Gmail calendar by checking the box at the bottom. Finally, click “Done.”
If you’ve set up a Roadrunner email with a Gmail account, you can do the same with your Roadrunner Email Login, since the methods are nearly identical.
For Google Inbox
Gmail’s auto-messaging function is nearly identical to Inbox’s. Begin by hitting “Settings” on the side menu and choosing the account. Activate the key under “Automatic Holiday Response” to enable automatic email sending.
Set the start and end dates for the submission to happen automatically. You may turn off the function at any moment, exactly as in Gmail, by turning the key at the top of the screen. Then, before selecting “Done,” fill in the message’s subject and body areas.
